In short
We collect only what we need to arrange your trip, and share it only with the suppliers who need it. We never sell it. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold at any time.
Governing law
We comply with Canada’s PIPEDA, and apply the stronger protections of Quebec’s Law 25 and California’s CCPA to those they cover.
What we collect
- Your inquiry details (name, contact information, dates, number of travellers)
- Booking details (passport information required for airlines and pass issuance; payments are handled by a payment processor)
- Special considerations you choose to share (dietary restrictions, accessibility needs and so on, all treated as sensitive information)
Transfers outside Canada
Most of the suppliers we book with are in Japan. Japan holds an adequacy recognition from Canada.
