Frequently asked questions
How is this different from the train or a limousine bus?
The train is the cheapest, but hauling big suitcases through transfers and stairways wears you down. Limousine buses only stop at major hotels. The shuttle delivers you to the front door, and the more that describes your trip (family, older travelers, lots of luggage), the more it matters. See our airport access comparison for details.
Shared or private: which should I choose?
For one or two people with time to spare, shared is plenty (you ride with other passengers, so expect some waiting and detours). With three or more, a late-night arrival, or kids in tow, a private vehicle is more comfortable, and since it’s priced per vehicle, the gap shrinks once you split it.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your arrival by flight number, so minor delays are adjusted automatically. For a major delay or cancellation, use the chat or the emergency contact number. During our Canadian business hours, our team will also step in and coordinate with the operator in Japanese.
Do I need to tip?
No. Beyond the listed rate and your quote, there is nothing to pay on site.
