Frequently asked questions
How many travellers do I need to book?
It varies by product; the minimum group size is confirmed with your quote. Travelling solo? Ask us anyway.
How far in advance should I book?
For cherry blossoms (late March to mid-April) and fall colours (October–November), we recommend 4–6 months ahead. For other seasons, 6–8 weeks is usually enough.
What if bad weather cancels the tour?
If the operator cancels, the affected portion is refunded in full. If the tour runs but the views never show up, that is not refundable.
